DC Swiss

Specialized in the production of carbide and HSS threads, DC Swiss AG, headquartered in Malleray, carries out the entire tool manufacturing process internally and distributes tools worldwide.

Recently, we were able to complete the installation of 2 new Rollomatic machines with Diedron filtration systems (1x F4 - 500 and 1x F8 - 1,000). Each machine has a magnetic separator as a pre-filter and an integrated cooling tower to optimize space utilization.

For an existing Rollomatic machine, we replaced the outdated filter system that had previously malfunctioned. Within just 4 weeks, we delivered a new filter system (1x MTH8 - 1000) to reduce machine downtime. It is noteworthy that we reused the existing pump and integrated it into the new system, taking into account the extended delivery time for a new pump. Our commitment is always to deliver customized solutions to the customer's needs.

An F4 mobile filter system supports the extraction of grinding oil from drums and reflects the functionality of the current filter systems. It works sequentially on different machines for short periods of time.
