Diametal AG, headquartered in Biel, specializes in the manufacture of HM special tools, turning plates and the machining of ceramics and carbide wear parts. A significant milestone in the company's history was the complete conversion of production to Diedron over a period of four years, which was carried out in stages.

A central part of the production process is the use of filtration systems. One MTH32 - 10,000 filtration system is operated with emulsion, while three MTH32 - 10,000, each with a capacity of 10,000 liters, are operated with grinding oil. These systems play a crucial role in ensuring quality and increasing efficiency in production.

Interestingly, the filtration systems are located in the basement of the production hall, which ensures an efficient and well-organized work environment. This spatial arrangement contributes to a smooth and efficient production process.

The Diametal Competence Center, which manufactures the prototypes and tests the tools for the customer, has also been equipped with a Strausak ONE and our F4 - 700 filtration system.
